U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Affirms Countervailing Duty on Egyptian Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that producers and exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Egypt are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this preliminary determination. The investigation period was from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
