Proposed Exemptions by The Chicago Corporation

The Chicago Corporation has submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Code, seeking relief from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
