Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States and its Affiliates (Equitable) and Equitable Real Estate Management, Inc. (ERE) Receive Permanent Relief from Prohibited Transaction Exemption

Equitable has been granted a permanent exemption to provide property management and/or leasing services to an account, subject to certain conditions, following the expiration of a temporary exemption that ended in 1996.
