Proposed Revision of Annual Information Return/Reports Under ERISA and Internal Revenue Code

The Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation propose simplifying annual return/report forms for employee pension, welfare, and fringe benefit plans, with public comments and a hearing to be held by November 3, 1997.
