U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Oleoresin Paprika from India

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Indian producers and exporters of oleoresin paprika are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on this finding, which covers the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
