Federal Trade Commission Implements Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments

The Federal Trade Commission is updating its rules to reflect changes in its operations, including the establishment of a Consumer Response Center and the transfer of initial Freedom of Information Act requests to the Office of the General Counsel.
