U.S. Department of Commerce Amends Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Monomers and Oligomers from Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce is revising its initial finding that certain monomers and oligomers from Korea are being sold in the U.S. at less than their fair market value, correcting for significant errors made during the investigation process, which took place from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
