The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are proposing changes to the regulatory capital rule to improve the calibration and risk sensitivity of risk weights for certain banking organizations, particularly those involved in lending activities.
