Miscellaneous Revisions to Standards for Mail Preparation

This final rule sets forth revised Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) standards regarding several aspects of mail preparation. Each of these revisions is a relaxation of current standards and allows mailers immediate access to a simplified preparation method not currently permitted.
