Notice of Intent To Prepare Environmental Impact Analyses for Defense Base Realignment and Disposal Actions Resulting From the 1995 Commission's Recommendations

The US Department of the Army plans to conduct environmental impact analyses for several defense base realignments and disposals, including the relocation of automotive materiel management functions from St. Louis to Detroit, and the inactivation of the U.S. Army Test and Experimentation Center in Texas. The department will also assess the disposal of property at Big Coppitt Key, Florida.
