Withdrawal of Notice of Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement on Atlantic Large Whale Take Reduction Plan Modifications

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is withdrawing its notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for modifications to the Atlantic Large Whale Take Reduction Plan, aimed at reducing large whale mortality and serious injury in U.S. East Coast commercial fisheries.
