NMFS Modifies Regulations for Northeast Multispecies Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a final rule to allow vessels fishing exclusively with pot gear to use multispecies frames as bait, provided they have a receipt for purchase on board, in an effort to continue a current practice in the Northeast Multispecies Fishery.
