Implementation of Special Refund Procedures

The Office of Hearings and Appeals of the Department of Energy announces proposed procedures and solicits comments concerning the refunding of $30,000 (plus accrued interest) in consent order funds. The funds are being held in escrow pursuant to a Stipulation for Compromise Settlement involving Houston- Pasadena Apache Oil Company.
