Bureau of Land Management to Sell Public Lands in Nye County, Nevada, Through Non-Competitive Process

The Bureau of Land Management has determined that public land near Pahrump, Nye County, Nevada, can be sold at or above fair market value without a competitive bidding process, in accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
