HUD Finalizes Environmental Quality Rule

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule to improve and simplify its environmental review and decision-making processes under the National Environmental Policy Act and other related federal laws, replacing its current regulations at 24 CFR part 50.
