U.S. Department of Education Announces Revised Cost Principles for Educational Institutions and Audits

The U.S. Secretary of Education has made the revised Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-21 and Circular A-133 applicable to educational institutions and non-profit organizations, effective immediately, following their publication in the Federal Register on May 8, 1996, and April 30, 1996, respectively.
