Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Decision and Order Granting a Waiver From the Furnace Test Procedure to Bard Manufacturing Company

The Department of Energy has granted Bard Manufacturing Company a waiver from the existing furnace test procedure, allowing the company to calculate Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) for its TU and TDU series furnaces without including a blower time delay, as requested in a petition filed by the company.
