EPA Approves Montana State Implementation Plan for Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Montana's plan to address particulate matter pollution in the Libby moderate PM 10 nonattainment area, which includes revisions to the Lincoln County regulations submitted on March 15, 1995, and May 13, 1996.
