FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for de Havilland Model DHC-7 Series Airplanes
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive (AD) for de Havilland Model DHC-7 series airplanes to address corrosion issues related to black film thermal insulation blankets. The proposed directive would require reviewing maintenance records and performing follow-on actions to prevent structural degradation and sudden loss of cabin pressure.
