US Department of the Navy Announces Revised Plan for Long Beach Naval Shipyard Disposal and Reuse

The US Department of the Navy has announced a revised plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement and hold a scoping meeting for the disposal and reuse of the Long Beach Naval Shipyard in California, following a 1996 announcement in the Federal Register.
