EPA Proposes Expansion of Community Right-to-Know Initiatives

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to enhance the availability of information on chemical use, building on the existing Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) data base, in order to provide a more detailed picture of environmental performance and toxic chemicals in communities.
