Sugar and Syrups from Canada: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its review of Rogers Sugar Ltd.'s succession to British Columbia Sugar Refining Company, Limited, determining that Rogers is the successor company for antidumping duty purposes, thus eliminating the zero percent ad valorem cash deposit rate previously assigned to BC Sugar.
