NOAA Announces Public Comment Period for Deep Seabed Mining Exploration Licenses
NOAA has received applications from American Metal Resources, LLC and SeaX, Inc. for deep seabed mining exploration licenses and will hold virtual public hearings and accept written comments on the applications.
