Defense Special Weapons Agency Amends Record Systems Notices Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Defense Special Weapons Agency is updating two systems of records notices, changing the name of the Defense Special Weapons School to the Defense Nuclear Weapons School, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The changes, effective as of August 26, 1996, affect two systems: Nuclear Weapons Accident Exercise Personnel Radiation Exposure Records and Student Records.
