Revision of the Domestic Mail Manual Transition Book

The Domestic Mail Manual Transition Book (DMMT) has been revised, reflecting the transfer of sections to the Postal Operations Manual (POM) Issue 7, which was published on August 1, 1996. The revision also includes changes to nonprofit mail standards, effective October 6, 1996, following amendments published in the Federal Register on August 15, 1996.
