EPA to Delete Spence Farm Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on its plan to remove the Spence Farm Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all necessary response and remedial actions, as mandated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
