EPA Issues Revised Guidance on CERCLA Section 106(b) Reimbursement Petitions Review Process

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a revised set of procedures for submitting and reviewing petitions for reimbursement under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, following a review of over 200 petitions since June 1994.
