EPA Solicits Public Comment on Carboxin Emergency Exemption Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has received a request from the California Environmental Protection Agency's Department of Pesticide Regulation to use an unregistered pesticide, Pro-Gro, containing carboxin, to treat onion seed and is seeking public comment on the proposal.
