Rural Business-Cooperative Service Eliminates Regulations from Nonprofit National Corporations Loan and Grant Program

The Rural Business-Cooperative Service has removed regulations concerning the Nonprofit National Corporations Loan and Grant Program from the Code of Federal Regulations due to lack of funding and no requests for funding, as part of the National Performance Review program to reduce excess regulations and improve remaining regulations.
