Coast Guard Recalculates Marine Licensing and Merchant Mariner Documentation Fees

The U.S. Coast Guard has recalculated the costs associated with its marine licensing and merchant mariner documentation program, following a court order, and is seeking public comments on the revised user fees. The Coast Guard has reassessed the fees published in 46 CFR Parts 10 and 12, which were previously set in 2021.
