EPA to Transfer Confidential Business Information to Contractors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to share sensitive business information with its contractors, including Research Triangle Institute and several subcontractors, as part of its efforts to regulate solid and hazardous waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
