US Coast Guard Releases Final Environmental Impact Statement for Atlantic Protected Living Marine Resource Initiative

The US Coast Guard has made available the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Atlantic Protected Living Marine Resource Initiative (APLMR), a proposed initiative aimed at enhancing the preservation of protected species along the Atlantic Coast of the United States.
