Notice is hereby given that on September 27, 1996, NMFS issued scientific research permit 1018 to Thomas S. Squiers, Jr., of the Maine Department of Marine Resources (P618), to take listed shortnose sturgeon for the purpose of scientific research subject to certain conditions set forth therein.
