EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for South Coast Air Quality Management District Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule for the interim approval of operating permits for the South Coast Air Quality Management District in California, following adverse comments received on the rule.
