Regulated Transactions Involving Documented Vessels and Other Maritime Interests; Inflation Adjustment of Civil Monetary Penalties

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) has issued a final rule adjusting civil monetary penalties for regulated transactions involving documented vessels and other maritime interests, in accordance with the Federal Civil Monetary Penalty Inflation Adjustment Act of 1996, as amended by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996.
