EPA Delists Hazardous Waste from Memphis Industrial Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to delist hazardous waste from a Memphis industrial site, after reevaluating the waste's impact on human health and the environment. The delisting decision was made after the actual volume of waste was found to be 35,000 cubic yards, higher than the initial estimate of 20,500 cubic yards.
