Establishment of Class E Airspace; Weedsport, NY

This action establishes Class E airspace at Weedsport, NY. The development of a Very High Frequency Omni-Directional Range (VOR) Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Whitfords Airport, Weedsport, NY has made this action necessary. The intended effect of this action is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Whitfords Airport.
