Alaska International Airports to Expand Cargo Transfer Flexibility for Foreign Carriers

The US Department of Transportation is finalizing a rule allowing foreign airlines to transfer cargo between their aircraft at Alaska International Airports, with certain restrictions, as part of a Show Cause Order related to an application by the State of Alaska and two airports.
