EPA Proposes Amendment to Comprehensive Procurement Guideline for Products Made with Recovered Materials

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing an update to its Comprehensive Procurement Guideline, which requires federal agencies to purchase products made with recovered materials, such as latex paint and printer ribbons, with a high percentage of recycled content.
