EPA Issues Draft Guidance for No-Migration Petitions for Small Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing a draft guidance document to help small municipal solid waste landfills (less than 20 tons per day) develop and submit petitions to suspend groundwater monitoring requirements, which can be a cost-effective way to comply with EPA regulations.
