Federal Reserve Board Adopts Framework for Implementing U.S. Basel III Countercyclical Capital Buffer

The Federal Reserve Board is adopting a final policy statement to outline its framework for setting the countercyclical capital buffer for advanced approaches bank holding companies, savings and loan holding companies, and state member banks, as required by the U.S. Basel III regulations.
