Pipeline Safety User Fees Assessment Notification

The US government will send user fee notices to pipeline operators on December 10, 1996, detailing assessments for natural gas transmission, hazardous liquid, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipelines. The fees are calculated based on the length of pipeline facilities, with rates of $67.46 per mile for natural gas transmission and $61.27 per mile for hazardous liquid pipelines.
