Restoration Advisory Boards (RABs)

On Tuesday, August 6, 1996, the Department of Defense published a proposed rule (61 FR 40764-40772) regarding Restoration Advisory Boards (RABs). Public comments on the proposed rule were required by November 4, 1996. The comment period on the proposed rule is being extended until January 20, 1997, in order to allow the public additional opportunity to comment.
