Conformance to Survey; Alaska

This notice provides official publication of the surveyed description for the VORTAC Site at King Salmon, Alaska. The site was withdrawn by Public Land Order No. 2713, for the protection of air navigation facilities being operated and maintained by the Federal Aviation Administration. The plat was officially filed in the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Anchorage, Alaska, on December 4, 1995. The VORTAC Site at King Salmon, currently represented as Tract 37, within the dependent resurvey of sections 5 and 8 of T. 17 S., R. 45 W., Seward Meridian, Alaska, containing 91.81 acres, represents the parcel previously described as follows:
