OPM Launches Partnership Pilot Project for Non-Foreign Area Cost-of-Living Allowances

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is launching a pilot project to partner with agencies and employees in administering the non-foreign area cost-of-living allowance (COLA) program, with the goal of improving the program and enhancing understanding of compensation issues for Federal employees in these areas.
