US Department of Education Amends Regulations for Student Financial Assistance Programs

The US Secretary of Education has updated the rules governing student financial aid programs, including the Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Work-Study, and Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, as part of a broader effort to simplify and streamline regulations, in response to the President's Regulatory Reform Initiative.
