Veterans Benefits Administration Submits Proposal for Extension of Disability Insurance Benefits Claim Form

The Veterans Benefits Administration has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget to extend the use of the Claim for Disability Insurance Benefits form, which is used by individuals to claim benefits on National Service Life Insurance and United States Government Life Insurance policies, for an estimated 8,100 respondents, resulting in a total estimated annual burden of 14,175 hours.
