Metolachlor Pesticide Tolerance; Emergency Exemption For Use on Spinach

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established a temporary tolerance for the pesticide metolachlor on spinach, allowing its use in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia. The tolerance will expire on November 15, 1998, and can be revoked without further action.
