Federal Reserve Extends Reporting Requirements for Bank Holding Company Act and Related Regulations

The Federal Reserve is adopting a proposal to extend for three years the reporting and recordkeeping requirements related to amendments made by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Bank Holding Company Act, without revision, through June 15, 1984, plus three years, until June 15, 1987.
