EPA Proposes De Minimis Settlement for Colorado School of Mines Research Institute Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a de minimis settlement for the Colorado School of Mines Research Institute site in Golden, Colorado, requiring five companies to pay $215,640 to address their liability related to response actions taken or to be taken at the site, as part of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
